Sewing classes

Classes designed with you in mind, whether you're a complete beginner, upping your skills or wanting to join in the fun of meeting people and sewing together.  Everyone sews differently, we help you to find your sewing style, so you leave confident and able to practise and progress.

Beginner Sewing Classes

Helping you find your way around the sewing machine by making simple, useful projects.

Project Classes

Introductory workshops in bag making, patchwork and quilting, curtains and homewares.

Creating your wardrobe staples, quality slow fashion.

February 2026 update

Sewing classes are unfortunately on hold, at the moment, until I am in a space that can accommodate, without  squeezing in, just to make do.

Fabric and haberdashery supplies, are returning, and soon to be available initially online.

Spring should see the first of our Newsletters, where all updates will happen, about regrowing The Sewing Room.
